Force usually means F1, which is the extended force.
Rod is hardened and black nitrided to achieve a durable and abrasive resistance surface.
The tube body is treated with a highly corrosion-resistant coating in our german standard automatic painting line.
A small amount of oil is also filled into the cylinder, which provides lubrication when the piston unit is working. And when the oil amount is high, it also work as a damping medium.
There are two kinds of locking gas spring, rigid locking gas spirng & flexible gas spring. The difference between them is that while locking, flexible gas spring has a little move. When L>2S + 90mm, the locking gas spring will be rigid gas spring. When L< 2S + 90mm, the locking gas spring will be elastic gas spring
